  This small application will allow SpeedyConnex support personnel to access your computer after you click on the above link.  As long as you have an Internet connection after opening the tool and enabling us access the tool will connect to the SpeedyConnex support Engineer you have on the phone thru a secure tunnel.  Once we are done assisting you with your problem we will (or you can at anytime) disconnect and the tool will no longer be on your PC until next time you want us to assist you.  You also will be able to view the screen as we move your mouse/keyboard to see exactly what we are doing.
